Shipping policy

1. How long does shipping usually take?

Orders are processed for delivery on business days only (Monday to Friday, excluding Public Holidays). We currently use SPX Express for faster delivery within West Malaysia. East Malaysia deliveries are handled by J&T Express. All orders will be processed and delivered within 3 – 7 business days (West Malaysia), 3 – 7 business days (East Malaysia).

Please note that we may switch shipping companies depending on availability, and we reserve the right to choose which shipping company to use for any given order.

2. How much does shipping cost?

  • Shipping is free of charge for all orders delivered within Malaysia (West and East Malaysia).
  • For orders shipped to Singapore, delivery charges are calculated based on the weight of the parcel.
  • For orders shipped to other countries, delivery charges are calculated based on the weight of the parcel.

3. Do you offer free shipping?

Yes, we offer free shipping, but only for orders delivered within Malaysia.

4. Do you provide tracking numbers for shipments?

Yes, we provide tracking numbers for shipments. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive the tracking details via WhatsApp from EasyParcel MY. You can use this tracking number to monitor the progress of your shipment.

5. How can I track the delivery status?

Once your order is processed, a tracking number will be included in the email sent to you. To track your parcel, please click on the provided link in the email. This will allow you to easily monitor the progress of your shipment. Kindly check your junk mail if you have not received any email from us.

6. Is international shipping available?

Yes, we do offer international shipping. Before proceeding, it is important for us to check with the shipping provider regarding the available international shipping options and any specific requirements. Please reach out to our WSP support team for any specific inquiries or clarification you may need.

7. Can I change the shipping address after placing an order?

Unfortunately, once an order has been placed, you are not allowed to change the shipping address. We recommend carefully reviewing the shipping address before finalizing your order to ensure accuracy.

8. What happens if my package is lost or damaged during shipping?

If your package is lost or damaged during shipping, it's important to contact our customer team as soon as possible to report the issue. We will work with you to resolve the situation and ensure your satisfaction. In case of a lost package, we will initiate an investigation with the courier service to locate the package or provide you with a suitable resolution, such as a replacement or refund. If your package arrives damaged, we may request photos or evidence of the damage to assist with the investigation and determine the appropriate course of action.

9. What happens if I'm not available to receive the package during delivery?

If you're not available to receive the package during delivery, here are some possible scenarios:

  • Delivery Attempt: The courier service will typically make multiple delivery attempts on different days. If you're not available during the initial delivery attempt, they may leave a delivery notification or attempt delivery on another day.
  • Re-scheduling Delivery: You may have the option to request a re-scheduled delivery for a more convenient time.

10. Who can I contact if I have not received my parcel?

If you have not received your shipment, please contact us through our "Contact Us Form" or WhatsApp us immediately.
